Graduating from Hotelschool The Hague in 2018, Natalia Santolaya Escañuela first entered the hotel real estate field as an intern with CBRE in Barcelona and later became a Graduate Analyst in London. She is today the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Ritz Group, spending her week between London and Paris!
