Besides being a Lecturer and Program Manager, Mr Kapur is also an alumnus of Hotelschool The Hague. Having graduated in 1995, Ajay Kapur started to work in one of the most popular loyalty programs in The Netherlands, accumulating experience in Marketing & Sales. However, as it happens for most of us, he felt the need of a change and started a journey of self-discovery. This led to taking a sabbatical of one year during which he lived and worked in India, helping to set up a spa concept in Mumbai.


His experience was an eye-opener which helped him realise what would suit him: a position that could allow him to give back to the Hotelschool community and so, he became a lecturer.
